Shipping might not be the most riveting topic to talk about, but it's definitely important!

YVH is open Monday through Friday from 9:00- 5:00 PST. We ship all 5 days but there are some rules that you will need to play by....
YVH ships express options Monday through Friday but there are some need to know details before selecting Express. The most important thing to keep in mind is that if your order is placed after 9:00am PST it will be processed the following business day. Below you will see all our express options... exciting stuff.
FEDEX EXPRESS PADDED ENVELOPE
This shipping service is our favorite here at YVH. Not only for our homebrewers, but also for those quick emergencies for the smaller commercial brewers. Best part is... IT'S ONLY $9.00! Sorry commercial brewers, these are retail sizes only.
FEDEX OVERNIGHT OPTIONS.... We have three of them!
We provide three different overnight options that will get that beer gold to you the next day. Whether you are a homebrewer or a commercial brewer we have overnight covered. Below are more details on overnighting all that flavor! I know everyone hates this word now, but these are all ESTIMATED! Mother nature sometimes has her own ideas.

Although this has a similar name to our express padded envelope, this shipping method is meant for anything over 4 pounds. Same rules apply for box sizes and quantities, biggest difference is your shipment will come in a box instead of padded envelope, and you can fit up to 25 pounds of small pack and 44 pounds of bulk items. Check out the “Pound per box” page if you have questions on what can fit in our box options.
FEDEX 3-DAY SAVER
The 3-day saver is just that.... it saves your butt in just three days! The only difference between this option and the two-day, is the extra day in transit and the price is a few bucks cheaper.
When needing to select an express option we realize that it is STRESSFUL! And as much as we love our friends at FedEx, there are circumstances that are out of our control. Examples, mother nature, technical issues, FedEx gets robbed by the Sopranos. So, it is important to remember that these are estimates and, if lost along the way we will do our part by file a claim, and sending more hops your way, but more times than not, we won't be able to refund shipping fees. Although this is rare for FedEx to lose packages, it has happened in the past.
Our Home Delivery option is great for homebrewers as well as commercial brewers who like to ship to a residential address. The prices vary, but you will get your order a little quicker than if you were to ship with the basic FedEx Ground option.

FEDEX GROUND-
Ground is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done! Ground will get those precious hops to your commercial address within 5-7 business days. All the same rules apply as FedEx Home delivery. The only difference is you must have a commercial address.

Sorry Homebrewers, this one is only for commercial brewers. The minimum for shipping a domestic pallet is 220lbs. We will need a minimum of 2 days to get your hop babies together, wrapped, and ready for shipment. Remember regardless of the pallet option you select our team will need 2 days to process these big boys! Below is a breakdown of our pallet options.
