Centennial is one of the most well-respected hop varieties since being released in 1990. Named after the centennial anniversary of Washington state, it offers well-rounded utility for bittering, flavor, aroma and dry-hopping. Centennial has a long history of being celebrated IPA hop in the beer industry, and is notably featured in legendary IPAs such as Russian River's Pliny the Elder, Founders' Centennial IPA, and Bell's Two Hearted Ale. An enduring backbone of American IPA craftsmanship.

Centennial hop hash - James R. 11/07/18
"I love hop hash and this hop is easily one of my favorites. It works great for giving you aroma and a real hop punch without having to use as much material. It also gives my west coast IPAs a great resinous flavor and whenever Yakima has some I buy it and use it quick. Thank for another great product Yakima!"
