Anyone is able to explore our hop portfolio and order 4oz or 16oz sizes, but an approved wholesale account is required to view 11lb sizes and prices.

Please provide your order number and a brief description of your question or concern (tracking, changes, missing items, damage, etc.). Photos are always helpful if something arrived damaged or missing. A team member will respond as soon as possible.

Let us know the variety, quantity needed, and when you need it. We'd be happy to check availability or recommend a substitution.
The US hop harvest usually runs for about 6 weeks, starting in late August, with new domestic pellets arriving between October and January as processing is completed.
